I want the image and maybe writing that says Soulsnatcher...

I am just worried that it's vertical height is too much, the horizonal width can be longer, but I don't want distortion, or (too much) of the picture being cut off or it to be super small...

well without cutting it i prolly won't be able to do much but i was thinking of cutting the bottom to like the chin  and shrink the size to like the size of an avatar
